Preservation Treatments were recently instructed to carry out structural repair works to a property in Surrey.
Upon inspection, the building was suffering from external cracking on the front, right hand corner. Internal cracking, mirroring the external defects, was also evident on the internal side of the wall. A slight separation crack was also noted along the ceiling line to the front elevation.
Preservation Treatments’ Helifix approved surveyor specified the repair of these structural issues with the installation of a Helifix Helibeam system incorporating Helibars, BowTies and CemTies.
