Mrs Mitchell called to express her gratitude at the workman that visited this morning. She said he was polite ‘beyond words’ asked if he needed to remove his shoes on entering and was a down to earth decent man! She really wanted to take the time to express her gratitude at his manner and professionalism, a pleasure to have around.
