How long have you been a Surveyor?
I started working for Protim in 1991. I have been a Surveyor and in Management having jointed Proten Services and Preservation Treatments in 2011.
What is your background?
I started work in structural steel, working on the Barbican Arts centre, then moved to designing cast concrete works and beam and block flooring.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Working with a team of great staff plus meeting clients and helping resolve remedial issues. We see and inspect so many different types of property and meet so many different people, in all walks of life
Do you have any areas of special interest?
Spending time with family and grandchildren, sadly they are not as avid fans of F1 as yours truly. I spend a large amount of my time dealing with rising dampness and basement waterproofing in properties. I also enjoy seeing all different types of architecture.
