I have been a qualified Surveyor, PCA CSTDB since early 2024 but first started working for the company in 2005 carrying out remedial works, which included Waterproofing/Damp Proofing/Timber Treatments progressing to the position of supervisor, and achieving NVQ level 1 and 2 diplomas.
In addition to inspecting damp, condensation, and timber issues I am also a Helifix Approved Surveyor in remedial structural repairs, which includes crack stitching, wall ties and lateral restraints, all of which keeps my daily inspections very varied.
