Here are some good before and after pictures from a job we completed in a basement in South-West London recently.
As can be seen, prior to our works the painted walls were damp and the floor surface of the basement was very poor.
Initially the walls were grit-blasted to remove their painted finish.
Preservation Treatments could then install a damp-proof course to some areas, as well as carrying out specialist rendering and waterproof rendering. A waterproof screed was also applied to the floor on the lower section of the basement.
